PS-ECC System (Electronic Check Clearing)

I had the chance to join a team that deals with Electronic Check (Cheque) Clearing system and mainly continued my work on tools that I am familiar with since the Mobile Payment System before, as well as learning: Tomcat, SQL, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, MySql, Java, and XML.

Being a Support Engineer always made me eager to fix any issue and dealt with it like it was my own. As I got more involved in working with tickets as well as direct communication with customers; I started learning so many skills in so little time.

I have also taken the time during the COVID-19 Pandemic to expand my horizon a little further by Self-learning: Website Design, WordPress, Website Migration, Elementor, E-Commerce, Logo Design, Photo Editing, Video Editing, and Python.

PS-mPay System (Mobile Payment)

I started off by joining the mPay Team and that included me getting more involved with one of the company’s systems which was the Mobile Payment System. This gave me the advantage of getting more knowledge about Supporting as I handled and fixed issues with the team and communicated directly with the customers.

I have done the following:

  • System Deployment on both Windows and Ubuntu.
  • Troubleshooting for the mPay system on customer’s sites.
  • Worked with the PS-mpClear (Mobile Payment Switch) which is connected with the Central Bank of Jordan (JOPACC).
